"I love the hospitality of the staff specially receptionist. They are very helpful .. only thing we are not happy about it’s to hot no air condition. Receptionist encourage to open the window. Which we did but the noise is ridiculous. Cleanliness is amazing and except at 2:00 am went to the washroom.. I saw a cockroach walking on my feet.. ayayyy.. no sleep.. "We visited Cascia for St Rita's day. The place was great in terms of location, service, cleanness. The hotel offered us free shuttles to and from the basilica. Affordable prices. Definitely recommended to stay in when visiting Cascia."

"We booked a stay at this hotel based on reviews and photos but to be honest we did not even check in. When we arrived, we walked up the "hill" to the entrance and there was literally no sign of life. Doors and windows were shut - we did not see any people or hear noises. We did not even see a store of any kind. My apologies to the host, but when we arrived, we saw a sign "be back soon" and we decided this was not the place for us to stay.
