"This is the second time that I've stayed at this property. Housekeeping was wonderful- the room was spotless and serviced every time I requested it. Albert's place has delicious food at a reasonable price. The hotel is in a residential area which is very quiet, but you can easily walk to the Metro or bus stations to get to where you need to go. "we had 2 of us and requested the 2 room with terrace, lovely set up. We were on the 7th floor and they have a lift but it's teeny weeny! they were helpful to bring our bags up since you do have to go up a flight to the lift and then from the top, up another flight to the 7th floor. My only issue there was that they had a shelf in the shower that wasn't screwed in, it fell and broke and cut my leg a little (nothing major but blood everywhere), i told them when i left but they didn't care too...

"The area is quiet.This is not a really hotel,you will be in a very dirty building showing like an office building .In the room was very cold ,like outside (minus 1 degrees Celsius),also very cold in the bathroom .Dirty towels and the worst quality.No hot water in the bathroom for take a shower.For watching tv you need Chinese language,very limited programs.Nothing to do there and nothing to do in the area.No breakfast option .I will not stay there one more time even for free!"
