"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"Great family business, super friendly and these guys all went out of their way to make this a memorable trip, even driving us out of Palmi to take us to a neighbouring town. "The hotel DOES NOT provide free airport transportation as stated in the description. The plus sides of the hotel are: the food is excellent and good value for money, our 2 waitresses were very friendly and efficient. Now for the down side ....... The rooms are basic which we expected, but we didn't expect faulty electrics, from the first night. One evening there was a loud bang when our light exploded - it had been fitted with the wrong bulb. Another evening there was a power cut (due to faulty...
