"Beautiful and pleasant hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodative. In-room dining was also a good experience, with tasty and affordable food. Only the aircond circulation was a bit warm and insufficient to be felt from on the bed. And shower cubicle smelled a bit odd but bearable."

"The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5"

"The location is quite strategic for anyone who has plans to travel to the Lembang area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and neat with a fresh new building and supported by a mini market in one building.
