They were rude and it wasn’t till the next day that I was able to get persistently by me, asking for another room and I think it’s terrible. The fact that the shower was not working and I could not facilitate another room for me, or fix it for that matter. "

"Our first room was disgusting. The AC unit leaked, wallpaper peeling off the walls, the door paint was coming off, and the room and bathroom looked nothing like the pictures. Once we complained we were given a junior suite which was as nicer, but still not great. The bed was falling in like a cardboard box. On top of all that, not once did they ask for identification, nor did they provide a code to get back into the building after 10. Stay anywhere else. "
