"They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room. Other than that, everyone here is very courteous, rooms are very well kept, bathrooms are nice, beds are nice and super comfortable. On top of that, the Hampton Inn hotel here is located in an excellent part where you can appreciate the city and also be able to enjoy yourself during your stay. All in all, I fully recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone that’s visiting Chihuahua city. "

"Close to mall and on main road allowing for quick Uber connections to various places including 20 minutes to city center. Rooms are small but amazing creative use of space, especially in the bathroom. Never seen anything like it. The aircon was quiet and worked well. So did WiFi. Breakfast is very basic but adequate. Some traffic noise on the street side. Wonderful supermarket across the street. Lots of food options, including the mall. "
