"I stayed here for a full week on an academic research trip, and had a wonderful experience. The people who run the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful with everything. It's fairly basic, but was nevertheless extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean, the wifi and air conditioning were consistent and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a huge plus. It is served at the neighboring restaurant, which offers a choice of Western breakfast (eggs and toast) or Indian...

"It took 45 minutes to checkin and 30 minutes to checkout. Very inefficient process. Went late to lunch buffet, and food was cold. A la carte food was good. Location of hotel is good, though getting to it is interesting in a larger vehicle. "

They should use contrast strips on the steps making it easy to see for people with low vision. Easy fix toward trips and fall. "

"Property (not a formal hotel with door man,etc.) Was in crowded area made dismal by uprooting the pavements allaround to build an overhead railway. Found out, in spite of rechecked the info om free breakfast that they had not had that service since covid days. Very disappointed being misled. "

"A fantastic spot from which to explore the Kerala backwaters. The hotel organised a half-day Sikkara boat tour and for the remainder of our (too short) stay we relaxed by the pool and dined on the beach. Recommended!"
