"Was moved to a room that had better Wi-Fi coverage, a minor inconvenience but the staff were always most helpful. Everything else was very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.. Had breakfast and a couple of evening meals which were a good standard. In the evenings the staff were faultless and I enjoyed the comfort with a pint of Guinness. Many thanks, I stayed for four nights and would recommend this hotel. Ron Sweeney."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Castle Court. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful with guiding us to local shopping and attractions. Our room was clean and spacious. Our room safe would not lock but we were provided with safe keeping of our valuables in the property main safe. Overall we really loved this property and would recommend it. "

Modern bathroom and shower. Service in Coveys bar and at breakfast was first class., really fast service, well cooked mini fry at breakfast and a lot of choice. "

"We had one of the apartments with a balcony detached from the actual hotel and up a flight of stairs. Room was tastefully decorated and bathroom was amazing but needed balcony repairs, replacing dead plants in window boxes and walls in bedroom had a lot of scuffs and high window was filthy with cobwebs. Bed comfortable but provided with an oil filled radiator didn’t make sense as temp gauge on wall? Nice touches like nespresso machine and mini fridge (which is noisy) but be prepared for no WiFi...

"Front reception was lacking in friendliness and efficiency upon arrival. Dark haired woman was befuddled by my request to have an early check in at 14:05 v. 15:00. She said she would have to reach out to the extensive housekeeping team and made it seem like quite an imposition. I waited for 10 minutes and she never approached me with an answer. It was very strange. I had to approach her, whereby she gleefully informed me that check in was at 15:00 and my room was not ready. Aside from that...

"We had a wonderful stay. We had a kettle for tea or coffee in our room with milk provided and delicious little cookies as well. Hillary, the owner brought us a water in a pitcher and glasses if we were thirsty. Breakfast was delicious with options ranging from a full breakfast to a continental breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay."
