"This place is absolutely AMAZING. Saw it a couple years ago from the outside and it was a dream of mine to stay there over the holiday season while they had all their decorations up. This year we finally went, and upon arrival was greeted by Jared who was so helpful and kind. Let us do early check-in, upgraded our room, and even called us when we got to the room to make sure it was to our liking. The pizza restaurant downstairs did NOT disappoint either. All in all I HIGHLY recommend this...

"Stayed here December 14-16th. Communication for check in/out was excellent. Cabin was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fireplace provided more than enough heat. Bathroom was small but clean. Well worth the money for a central location. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Spacious suite in a convenient location with access to resort amenities...but in dire need of updates and repairs. The property looks like the misfit child of the Valley surrounded by the other favorites that got first dibs on central HVAC and semi-modern flooring and fixtures throughout. For what it was, it was sufficient for my needs but I would say it was overpriced considering the condition of the property."

" well we had a big problem with non-handicap room, room was below the parking lot then stairs, we did get him in room first night, but the staff accommodated us to move to handicap room on parking level with no stairs, Another issue is the beautiful pool area, no matter how you access it there are two sets of 4-5 stairs no wheelchair, or walker access, it does have pool lift but it was broken,My brother came to visit so we just lifted our son to get in and out of the pool,Again staff tried there...

"This property was fantastic! Our room was extremely clean and the staff was incredible! In the office there were snacks, coffee, water, and even homemade blueberry bread the day we checked out! When we needed extra shampoo, they were on it right away. They are also dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Though our stay was short, I could not recommend this location enough. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The inn is quaint New England. There was no problem finding it. Our room was nicer than the one pictured, it was clean, warm and bright on arrival. Dinner by the fireplace in the “barn” was delicious and the server friendly and attentive."

We visited the saloon restaurant for some drinks and sat there for at least 10 waiting to be helped and the bartender walked by us without acknowledgment. We were looking forward to the food and drinks but ended up going to the restaurant next door. Cool experience that everyone should at least try once."
