When i wanted room service the next morning I called at 9:02am but they said breakfast had already ended. I told then about the paper I was given and they immediately apologized. I wasnt too upset since I could just go back to sleep. 5 minutes later front desk called to tell me they'll give me a gift card to nearby dining options as an apology for the...

"This property was in a great location for restaurants and to walk to the convention center. However, there are a lot of unhoused people on the streets nearby which made me feel a bit unsafe as I was traveling alone. It was also very dirty. Trash, feces, etc on the sidewalks. Police did have a presence outside but not at all times. "

"Hotel was clean, room was spacious. My only complaints would be that the shower knob needed to be tightened because it kept falling down and getting too hot! The pool smell was quite strong in the hallway the first couple days which is understandable when there was about of kids around! Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was dark with the blinds closed which helped with sleeping in! "
