"Un lugar perfecto para despejarse unos días, el sitio súper limpio y muy cuidado. Y que decir de los dueños, muy simpáticos y amables, han estado atentos a cada rato de nosotros o si nos hacía falta algo. Además el sitio se encuentra muy bien situado entre dos pueblos muy bonitos y con bastantes actividades al aire libre… Le doy a todo las 5 estrellas porque no se puede dar más!! "

"Queriamos un hotel en Ubeda-Baeza, y nos encontramos con Las Manillas, en Sabiote. Todo un descubrimiento. A un tiro de piedra de las anteriores, pero más tranquilo. El hotel en un palacio restaurado, realmente el contenido es todo nuevo, el "envoltorio" el de un palacio, como su nombre indica. El pueblo, Sabiote, tambien merece la pena, un patrimonio más que interesante, y como en los pueblos más pequeños, lo mejor es la gente, amable, y siempre predispuesta a la conversación. "Todo bien en general pero desgraciadamente esta situado a pie de una carretera bastante transitada por vehículos y camiones por lo que, a pesar de ser muy tranquilo, el exterior es bastante ruidoso. Los apartamentos están perfectamente aislados acústicamente y son silenciosos en su interior. "

"Lovely location with great views of the valley and the lake. Comfortable room with everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Our host was very helpful, friendly and patient with our attempts to speak Spanish. The food was great and the menu very varied. The area is great for walking routes and there are some which you can start from the Hotel without getting in the car. There are also some pretty towns nearby which are worth visiting. If we were passing this way again then we would stay."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. It’s simple, nothing fancy, but charming. Rustic and surrounded by large olive gardens; it made us feel like grandpa’s farm. We’ve been in many hotels; some 5 stars and my son said this one has been the most beautiful hotel we have been. The sunrise here is stunning, the view and the feeling is indescribable!! Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly!! Hardly recommend it! Worth the driving."

The use of the pool/spa is not free and in a total seperate building - you require swim hats and is not ideal for children. It is a nice spa with luxourious facilities.
