"Un premier contact telephonique laborieux, s'en suit un premier contact physique à la réception avec la même collaboratrice aux réflexions plus valveillantes et anti commerciales les une que les autres . Arrivée dans la chambre, pas de kitchenette comme le confirmait l email de validation/réservation; à la place une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. Bon contact dans l ensemble des autres collaborateurs. "

"Notre réservation par Hotels.com n’avait pas été correctement enregistrée. Heureusement, il restait des chalets disponibles… dans la partie prévue pour les hôtes d’un jour, donc : stationnement loin du chalet. Pas de 4G (ni de wifi, of course). Piscine fermée 4 jours avant la date prévue. Par contre: accueil sympa, excellent couchage et chalet très propre."

"Very characterful place full of twists and turns. Did not find the pool in the basement until we were about to leave. Very helpful owners. Took his van out of the garage to let us park there. Good food. Really tries to explain what the menus were. Bit dated but very pleasant"

"The immediate surroundings are not prepossessing and the hotel is quite remote although surrounded by excellent walking country. The welcome was very good - more chambres d'hote than hotel - and the restaurant exceeded expectations with delicious local produce."

"I booked inclusive of breakfast and when it came to pay he said that it was not inclusive and that I had to contact you after paying the extra. I disagreed and told him to contact you and that I would pay the 70 euros agreed. He refused became very agressive and threatened me , and then said he would call the police whixh I agreed to .
