"We booked this hotel last minute for ourselves and young children. It’s clean modern lovely staff and the best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time. We travel all over the world frequently and we would say this is the best breakfast we have had. "

"Stayed a couple of nights in centre of Belfast, just in time for Christmas. It very well situated, handy for many restaurants, The Grand Opera House, Christmas market and of course city centre shopping ! We had a twin room. It was fine, a little tired and a small bathroom. Staff couldnt be more helpful. Overall a couple of good nights away."

"Was unable to check in online however self check in on arrival was very straight forward and had no issues, were even able to check in over an hour early. Room was spotless and ample size. Staff in the bar were on hand for anything we needed and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again"

"Though the bedding had been washed, there was still an obvious blood stain on the duvet cover. I know it's difficult to get blood out of white linens, but if it won't bleach out, please just toss the linens and don't reuse them any longer. "
