"It was a nice experience at Ramada Hotel. John and Kayla at the front desk helped me with information about the tours and I booked accordingly. It ended up being an amazing experience with the Giant Causeway tours. I found strands of hair on my bedlinen that was a big minus but the rooms and hallways were very clean. Housekeeping also cleaned up when we were out. The lobby is lovely too. I held a couple of my YouTube live streams there. "

"Only reason why i marked this done is because they woke me up at 8am in the morning vacuuming outside my room.Did report this to reception,but was told the carpet needed cleaning.Overall ot was value for money.If you have come to Belfast to chill and maybe sleep in then probably not ideal for you"

"We arrived very early because of the time of our flights, and they were very accomodating with finding a room for us. The pizza restaurant was AMAZING!!! Every staff member was more than kind and considerate. I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast. It was our first time there, and they made us feel so welcome."

"Absolute bargain price. Room was described as above the bar and may be noisy. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night, noise eas acceptable and did not disturb us. What did disturb us was the awful smell of smoke from the folks outside. This didnt happen on the Sunday night as the bar wasnt as busy and possibly no smokers. But the Monday evening, it was sickening. The room has no air conditioning and we had left the window open all day on Monday as we had been warm on the Sunday night. So, when we...
