The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "An amazing welcome by all the family, we were travelling with our little dog and they couldn’t be more accommodating (even having dog biscuits ready for him at breakfast the next morning). We chose to eat in the Resteraunt in the evening and it was one of the best meals we have had during our road trip around Italy. We will sure to be back when we are in this part of Italy, book your stay now."
