"Hotel Araxa was easy to travel to by foot from Santa Catalina or on the bus. It's close to route 4 so easy to reach the lovely beach at ses Illetes. There is a large supermarket close by. Excellent welcome as I was able to check in a little early and I was given a room upgrade. I would definitely return if staying in Palma again."

"Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."

"SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. "Hote Playa is right across the beach, which is great. But that's about all the good I can say about this hotel. The rooms have the bare minimum, 2 beds with paper thin mattresses, a night stand, and a small tv. The towels are old and almost see thru, some had even been ripped in two and sewn around the edges. The walls were extremely thin, and the conversations from adjacent rooms could be clearly heard. For the price, I would have expected a lot more."
