"The twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room carpets dirty with crumbs. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "

"Hotel staff very pleasant. The problem is, they have a restaurant and customers were still loudly having a good night out at 1 o'clock. It was saturday though. The room was nice but the saloon doors on the ensuite didn't close, so no privacy. Ensuite was old and a bit grimy. Shower had bits of mould. There was complimentary shower gel and soap. They have a swimming pool in the garden behind which looked inviting. We only stopped one night and wouldn't go again."

"A notre arrivée nous avone ete seduit par l endroit et nous nous sommes dit qu on y reviendrait une semaine dans l annee...la nous fesions juste une escale a notre retour du Portugal ..Nous sommes arrives un dimanche en fin d apres midi, l accueil etant fermee nous avions convenu de recuperer une envelloppe dans une boite aux lettres avec un code.Les instructions nous ont bien ete envoyees ... "Hotel run by same family for many generations – currently 5th,6th and 7th generation working there. Take a pride in their hotel and have a genuine concern to offer good customer service – accommodated our motorbike in their own garden. We paid a few extra euros for a superior room. It was bright, fresh, had comfortable bed and even had kettle and tea / coffee – very unusual for French hotel. We had a very good 3 course meal for 18 euros. Would definitely stay here again if in area."
