"Perfect mid trip overnight stop driving from Florence to Naples. Self serve laundromat only 1 km away - clean clothes for the rest of our crazy road trip! Arrived late after desk closed, but clear instructions were left at the friendly tavern / coffee shop right next door (I think a business partner maybe?). Limited parking but we felt safe."

"We booked a stay at this hotel based on reviews and photos but to be honest we did not even check in. When we arrived, we walked up the "hill" to the entrance and there was literally no sign of life. Doors and windows were shut - we did not see any people or hear noises. We did not even see a store of any kind. My apologies to the host, but when we arrived, we saw a sign "be back soon" and we decided this was not the place for us to stay. The accommodations looked inviting and comfortable...

"Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Però abbiamo fatto le docce con acqua tiepido-fredda. Lo abbuamo fatto presente al personale ma non hanno saputo risolvere. Altro aspetto deludente è stata la colazione. Solo dolci, niente salati. Che per andare in montagna sotto zero non è il massimo."
