"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. "The weather is great, sunny all the time. free bikes so you can quickly get to the center. bicycle paths everywhere. room for 4 people is cramped and small. the fourth bed opens from the wall. between the beds with 30 cm of free space to go to the balcony. capsule coffee machine, unfortunately not refilled every day, so we drank a cup of coffee in one day. the rooms were clean, cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. large canteen, always free tables. the food was varied, a lot, but...

"The hotel stay was very convenient on my way to Bolzano only less than an hour. It was an excellent choice and easy reach from the A22 Motorway. I ran to the hotel first to check that my French Bulldog companion was also welcomed to stay, so no surprises there just a friendly lady welcomed us both, great! The gentleman in hotel was very helpful and kind. We had a lovely walk with my dog down to the lake too. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay only minus on my point of view...

"We stayed here during our trip after leaving a hotel that didn't have AC and wi-fi that worked. We were so pleased we decided to stay an extra two nights. The hotel is within walking distance of Arco's main downtown area with restaurants, gelato, and more. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Arco or Lake Garda area. "

"There are 3 hotels in Italy by the same name. I thought I ordered the one that is actually in the alpes but it's not. The location is horrible in there is a lamp post on the window of all the rooms. The hotels is very old and no one knows English good enough to speak. Over all the hotel is clean but not in a good location."
