"L’albergo è collocato nel centro della città e ha parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Non possiede un ascensore. Il letto matrimoniale è posionato da un lato vicino alla parete, per cui la persona che occupa quel posto non può avere l’accesso laterale al letto. Dopo un giorno di soggiorno (dei due programmati) la camera non è stata preparata lasciandola in uno stato quasi impraticabile. La reception non era informata che con la prenotazione attraverso un noto portale era già stato eseguito il pagamento."
