"I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. They wasted a day, and the primary purpose, of my vacation. Then it took me a month to get my money back because they apparently ignored Travelocity's attempts to contact them. "This hotel is a must! On a quiet part of Lake Garda but with plenty of restaurants. Our stay was amazing. Incredible staff, breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. View of the lake across the street and beautiful wellness facility!"

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "We had a wonderful stay all around, food was good the little shuttle bus was very convenient, the only small issue was the WiFi. We wished the inside pool would have been a little warmer.. this hotel provides a great value for the cost."

"The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep. Seems a lot of rooms are very old. The location and view were spectacular! Breakfast was good."

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hi Hotel for a delightful stay in Trento!"
