"Fuimos al Bioparque Estrella y el hotel era lo más cercano que encontramos en Expedia. El hotel está muy nuevo, pero le fallan algunas cosas, nuestro cuarto (el 104) sólo tenía una persiana muy delgada por la que se colaba la luz y nunca tuvimos agua caliente"

"La estancia muy agradable el hotel limpio y muy tranquilo muy a gusto la estancia, unicamente deben mejorar la calidad y servicio de la cafetería. Un servicio al cuarto de tipo snack no estaría mal. En general el hotel es limpio y la atmósfera relajada, camas y almohadas comodas. Todo muy limpio. La llave del lavamanos muy incómoda sería bueno que reemplazaran griferia por mezcladoras de cuello de cisne. "
