"We had a one night stay in August at the Hotel Eden and really wished we had the opportunity to stay longer but will definitely return. The check in was smooth and the staff were so helpful to provide all the information to us with the parking, and beach options and restaurants. We travelled with our dog and this hotel is truly a dog friendly hotel and all staff being very kind and helpful. The location is also very convenient and central and the price for the room and breakfast very reasonable...

"Everything was great with the hotel, except the bed. That is why it lost a star. The mattress was terrible and we could not sleep well. The staff is welcoming, happy and kind. Location was excellent for food and shopping and food was great too. The beach is ok. Ugly, actually. No trees and with an infinite line of umbrellas as far you can see. you pay ~€30 for the day. And it’s unbearably hot in August, day and night. If you are vacationing from abroad , like me, there are better prettier...

We chose it based on wanting to find a nice place not too far from Tuscany with a pool and beach accessible… and we’re so happy we chose Villa Tiziana. The kids had a blast spending 9-10 hours in the pool each day.. and breakfast was fabulous. Restaurants were all in walking distance and everything was quiet and safe. "
