"Overall a great property. The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English. The breakfast was above expectations. The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "

"Pros: Amazing staff. Sara. Loved her. :) The main floor has great bones and could be amazing if maintained. good price. Cons: The rooms. No bueno! They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach. "

"We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is simply the best you could hope for in Alassio: right next to the promenade, but not on it, so that you can sleep. "Nice comfortable place with good food. Wi-Fi now good. This is my third time to the hotel and the first the Wi-Fi only worked slowly in the reception area, so I was happy with this visit. As in the past I was given a spacious room with a big balcony looking at the tower of the church opposite. Nice bathroom. Nice desk in room. Good closet space. The large balcony would be a nice place to view the hills and enjoy the sky. All the staff were very nice. Great staff and most speak decent English....
