"Would definitely stay here again. Hotel and room were very clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Area felt safe, but did have someone knocking repeatedly on our door at 2:20 am one night. Not sure what that was about but was disconcerting. Pool was very warm which was nice. Check in staff was kind and polite. Only complaint was the shower, I don't know if it was the plumbing or the faucet cartridge but it kept going hot and cool during our showers. "

"The staff was friendly, some surface areas in the room needed attending to like the refrigerator handle and the remote to the TV felt sticky. There was no bedspread just a sheet over the blanket so I had to use my coat as an extra layer of warmth"

"The location is ideal, next to the trolley station and 5 freeway. Plenty of parking spaces. My stay had some loud neighbors and children jumping and banging the walls. I needed some peace and quiet and they made it difficult, then the mother was smoking right outside the door (next to mine) and she had visitors really late but this isn’t the hotels fault on the type of people who book a room but it wasn’t pleasant either. Over all the customer service was great and an ok breakfast. I would stay...
