"The temps dropped to 50s F and the room I was in didn't have a thermostat. After freezing the 1st night I told the front desk and they told me they would turn it on. It came on for the 2nd night, I froze again the 3rd night as the heat wasn't turned on. I would never stay there again. Breakfast was nothing but pastries no silverware on tables."

Overall this hotel is perfect for families as plenty to keep the kids entertained. We ate at the restaurant & everyone had an enjoyable meal. Upon checkout we booked again for another stay before we return home & we can't wait."
