"First of all I knew from previous reviews the hotel was showing its age but my view was it had alot of charisma and charm. It also checked all the boxes for me on being convienently located, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything in my room functioned fine and my bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was a wonderful way to start the day. I would not hesitate to stay again."

"The property is a hidden gem. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We began our stay with a tour of the working farm (olive oil and wine). Maria our host went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. The area is beautiful and the restaurant was excellent with a superb wine list. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful.
