"We had a 3 night stay at the hotel. The facilities and breakfast were great with a nice selection of food available. Our room was okay, the double seemed extra small, was very hard and we had to ask for extra pillows. The shower took quite a while to warm up everyday and unfortunately wasn’t a great flow. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached. Small issues, and we could have asked to move rooms, but we didn’t. There is a nice indoor and outdoor seating area when you just need somewhere...

"The staff are wonderful and were very kind to an older lady that was on her own at breakfast, its really important that their care is acknowledged as it can make such a difference to a persons stay. The food and room were perfect, very comfy beds. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you😊"

Apart from the repairs required that are in hand this is a nice hotel with very friendly staff in a location well within walking distance of all amenities within Pitlochry. "
