"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. "The hotel stay was very convenient on my way to Bolzano only less than an hour. It was an excellent choice and easy reach from the A22 Motorway. I ran to the hotel first to check that my French Bulldog companion was also welcomed to stay, so no surprises there just a friendly lady welcomed us both, great! The gentleman in hotel was very helpful and kind. We had a lovely walk with my dog down to the lake too. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay only minus on my point of view...

"Terrible - book 10 months in advance and then 4 days before get told they had bumped me off to another hotel - hotel panorama -which had great staff and I was well looked after so don’t book here go to hotel panorama instead"

"The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. "We stayed here during our trip after leaving a hotel that didn't have AC and wi-fi that worked. We were so pleased we decided to stay an extra two nights. The hotel is within walking distance of Arco's main downtown area with restaurants, gelato, and more. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Arco or Lake Garda area. "
