"Very spacious with a personal touch. Close proximity/walkable distance to central area. The suite and bedrooms were large. Especially the balcony. The complimentary beverages/snacks in the fridge was a nice surprise. The suites in person were better in person than the photos. The bed was great."

"I was looking for a special place that was unique and I found this incredible hidden gem. It is absolutely stunning in person property itself and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They helped my mom up a few steps and once we got the room I was in heaven. It is classy, the food is incredible and the pool is super clean as well as everywhere else. Great escape from the world and it’s close to the wineries. I will return again!!! "

"Our stay at this hotel was excellent, staff had an excellent customer service, Elizabeth oriented us very nicely. Matias helped us with the AC at the room and took action immediately. We arrived at Christmas Eve and everything closed in the afternoon and on Christmas Day almost everything was closed. Breakfast was good . But I recommend this hotel."

"The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the center plaza and many little cafes and restaurants, located on a quiet street, very safe area. The service was top notch, everyone at the desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The owners actually work at the Posada, all 3 are very friendly and have some good English. "Well, it is a three star hotel, so a three star ranking should be expected. The front desk staff was great. Helped me organise a very last minute tour that was wonderful and inexpensive. The towels had been washed a billion times. In these times of a pandemic, that might bring some comfort, but that was about the only comfort to expect from the towels. I mostly care about bed comfort and wifi. The bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. The wifi was almost nonexistent in my room....

"The hotel is brand new but lacks some care for detail. E.G. Bathroom is big but shower is undersized. Comparing to previous reviews, they now have fridge and minibar in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool could have been a bit bigger since it's a new construction. Breakfast is basic but works well, and it's included. "

"The location offers a spectacular view of the Andes. At night, the stars are bright. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is modest, but perfectly fine. Dinners are prepared expertly on the Argentine grill, and provide a communal spirit among the guests. But being in the middle of nature comes with certain challenges. "The outlets are old and any weight on a charging device would pull it from the outlet. Needed to support the charging device. There weren't any chairs in our room when we arrived, but they brought some up for us. Otherwise, it was a good stay. "

"Bem, no Hotel.com este hotel possuo 3 estrelas e esta avaliado em 8,4. Na verdade o Hotel é 1 ou 2 estrelas no máximo, confortável para pernoite e banho. O Hotel é muito antigo e foi parcialmente reformado, mas os quartos sao extremamente pequenos para um casal com 2 malas, a limpeza ainda pode melhorar e o café da manhã alem de ser extremamente simples (torradas, Luna, cafe e suco e 2 frutas, ainda por duas vezes fomos tomar cafe e precisamos pedir para aquecer. O cafe estava frio. Enfim acho que se a classificação for corrigida, atendera a outro . Como passei o dia fora, resolvi permanecer a semana. "
