"This was a return visit to Hotel Cristina having had a very good first stay. We were in a different room this time and it was noisy, however the staff did try their best to sort this out for us. Other than that we had a good stay."

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"The hotel is in such a beautiful location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent. Staff are amazing apart from one man with grey top knot on reception who was a little rude on a few occasions. Did not spoil it but could do with more customer services training! "The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"Really good quality apartments kept in really good condition. The welcome pack with tea coffee and water was a bonus as we arrived at night. Specious with everything you might need and walking distance to a large supermarket and the beach. Our particular apartment was on the ground floor and the balcony did not get any sun, but that was the only minor issue."
