"Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY...

"Our stay in the house was wonderful and there was so much to do we couldn’t do it in a week. The only concern we had were the beds. The description said there was a queen bed in each room and the guest room we think was only a full size bed and both beds squeaked evertime someone turned over. However, the house was beautiful and squeaky clean"

"We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break."

"The trip for us was very nice. The house had everything we needed, especially when I wanted to cook in the kitchen. It even had a crock pot which is one of my favorite cooking gadgets. The owner was very nice and was available if we had any questions. We loved the flow of the house and the outside area. The Villages is a well maintained community."
