"Very unorganized. Security at the gate gives you a tough time for your building number and room number even before you check in making the entry a very tough one . How can you provide these info when all you have is a booking confirmation . No one tells you that you have to leave your key for housekeeping and even when you do , you return to your room not done . It’s more like an extended stay with a nice balcony and view but they need to arrange things properly so guests have an easier time...

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."

"Pictures and reality are different. This was fraud. They charge almost same as five star hotel down the road and the place is a roach motel at best. It took the guy a while to even find out reservation and he had no idea what Expedia is. He kept asking for some voucher. This is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at."
