"It was a perfect combination of tranquility and excellent gourmet food for a Michelin chef. Everyone were friendly and the chef is over the top. We arrived on Wednesday and we extended the visit two days until Monday because we felt calm there. The bedroom are spotless as the bathrooms. The restaurant is full(because serves delicious meals) but you need to make reservations with anticipation. Every breakfast was delicious and the chef prepare fantastic omelettes. The faculty is a family owned...

"waren für 1 Nacht dort. Checkin ohne Probleme, obwohl Rezeption nicht besetzt: Türkarte im Safe, Zugangscode für Safe vorher telefonisch erhalten. Zimmer eher klein, aber ausreichend und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstücksbuffet."

"Good location , with easy parking. 5k to the slopes in Winterberg. Good breakfast each morning. Bar on site. if you wish to ski you will need your own transport. there isn't really anything else to do in Niedersdorf. Abut it's not far to Winterberg."

"Booked last minute as next to a location we were visiting. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke perfect English which was a great help. Lots of staff, busy but always attentive when required. Room (twin) was very small but served the purpose. Private secure parking for our motorcycle’s, had sheds for pedal cycles and room for about 6 cars. Food was very good and breakfast had multiple choice of foods to please most folk. Downside I’m afraid was that it is situated only on the other side...

"Friendly, welcoming staff, where were very helpful - they got us a kettle for the room when we requested it despite this seeming very out of the ordinary for German hotels! The location was quite convenient for getting into and around Paderborn, with quite quick access to the highways. There is a restaurant as part of the hotel, which had good food, but only took cash or German bank cards for payment."
