"Lovely hotel if a little dated but this added to the charm. Lovely breakfast. Fantastic area and very quiet."

"My review is based on the fact that the elevator broke on the way to our room on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up stairs and down to check out. On the day we were leaving, the reception staff person helped us get our suitcases out of the hotel to the car. Although there is parking,secured as well, you had to go out on the street and up a long flight of stairs to get to reception. There was no assistance. We are 70 and I have a knee injury, so all of this was a challenge. ...

The rooms are beautiful and big. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and big breakfast was included in the price. "

"The hotel is just outside the old town in a quiet area. Its in easy reach of the bus and train stations so handy for public transport. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and was very warm, useful in December. Security is excellent. Excellent value with friendly staff."

The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards.
