"I had a one night stay in Chiang Mai to tour the temple's. I arrived super early and couldnt check into my airbnb yet. I booked this location last minute. With the limited time I had, the location to the places i wanted to visit were super close. The tik tok Viral Lalitta Cafe wasn't far from it either. "Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!the rooms stank real bad, on check in 1 room was filled with cigarette smoke, the other rooms smelt of mould mildew. pillows and mattresses were all stained and absolutely stank, bathroom filthy window covered in mould.staying here is a danger to your health.person on check-in had no idea how to use email or anything else. Avoid staying in this place,disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"A very enjoyable stay in an excellent hotel with beautiful gardens and superb staff.I thoroughly reccommend the place and will return when I am next in Chiang Rai. It is a little way outside town but when using the grab taxi app on my phone it only costs about 60- to seventy Baht to the clock tower in the city centre."

"Photos lie, probably taken ages ago. The room was less than basic, uncomfortable hard mattress (and I've lived in Thailand for many years), 1 small pillow, no toiletries, not so clean room, dusty balcony, wood chairs no pillows. Breakfast was terrible. I understand 100% they don't offer breakfast buffet in these difficult times (it felt like we were the only guests), but Nescafe and Coffee Mate?? We are in the coffeeland! "We recently got back from a 6 week trip to Thailand and Cambodia. The Burn Resort, just outside Chiang Rai, stood out as the nicest place we stayed in Northern Thailand. It is an absolute hidden gem! We stayed a couple nights at another hotel in Chiang Rai proper (convenient but meh) and then a couple nights here and so glad we did! "convenient location to the night bazaar and street market however the room couldve used some cleaning on the walls. Our room had a big stain on the wall that wouldn’t come off as well as stains on the counter shelf. Enjoyed the daily water bottle, coffee and snacks refills left on the door. "

Cute, Simple, and Extremely Clean

"I had a one night stay in Chiang Mai to tour the temple's. I arrived super early and couldnt check into my airbnb yet. I booked this location last minute. With the limited time I had, the location to the places i wanted to visit were super close. The tik tok Viral Lalitta Cafe wasn't far from it either. You do have the option to included breakfast for an additional fee (very inexpensive). This hotel cleanliness was top tier. Not sure if its newly built but its definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommended this location to give a try and book again if i ever visit again. Excellent customer service, especially from Jinnie and the young lady that is apart of the kitchen staff (i forgot her name) but she was super polite and helpful. She helped me arrange my transportation to the airport as well. It has a nice waiting area, inside and such a relaxing outside sitting area. Clean pool, with bathroom, shower, and loungers outside For me, and my needs this hotel was a 10 out of 10."
