"There were issues with the mini fridge (was not level, so the bureau would not close without lifting the door). There was also a fire in the housekeeping laundry room and smoke and smell of fire permeated the hotel. I still am impressed with the staff and their willingness to assist. "

"Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Issues was the lock on my door messed up. You had to hold the door in a certain position to engage. The metal flap lock was missing a screw on the bottom. Also, the knob on the shower was super hard to turn. "

"The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
