"This is a lovely spot in the heart of town with great customer service, a plentiful breakfast and only a couple steps to the Krka National park ferry. The room was clean and comfortable although an extra blanket may have been nice. The breakfast was plentiful and the quality of the food was great. "The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach...

"Restaurant was not amazing, but the staff were nice and the rooms were great. Due to the timing of the visit, the waterfront bars and open air restaurants closed early, but the drive into the old town area was straightforward and public parking area was clean, safe and easy. "

"We loved the hotel! First, all the staff was absolutely amazing. Very nice, accommodating, always smiling and in good mood. It was a real pleasure dealing with everyone at the check in, restaurant and bar. Breakfast was excellent and coffee too. "Excellent stay at Apartment Mary, nice quiet area but easy short walking distance to old town Trogir. Great apartment with all facilities and pool area perfect for relaxing Excellent communication from the host who was more than hospitable. Would book again "

"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "My worst nightmare. Buyer beware. There are 2 Jadran hotels, same name, entirely different locations. Taxi driver took me to wrong location. Then taxi back to right location. Euro 120 later and late. Hotel old, dated and inconvenient if you have luggage. Rooms very basic, not unlike my Grandmother's guest cottage, complete with English print on the wall and fabric from the 60s at the windows. They had held a plate for me as a late arrival. "We had a great experience at Vila White Hotel. Barbra was a great Host, server, cook, and worked the front counter. It was was a 10 minute walk to old town Trogir we really enjoyed our stay there."
