"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "While most likely still the best in town, it is pricey for the quality: unvacuumed carpets, very dirty inside window panes, overall weird/awkward interior design. Comfy mattress, breakfst very good. Dining very expensive for quality & region. Property clearly banking on total lack of competition. Would stay again for about 30% lower price."

"The castle and its park are beautiful and the property is extremely quiet. We enjoyed the great breakfast buffet. Not so good was the restaurant (we ordered a package with a three course dinner). The waiter was not well trained, the menu card showed a different dessert than we were served. The food itself was ok. "

"We arrived with 6 guest. The concierge was very attentive and prepared for our arrival. He made sure we were comfortable and ensured we had dinner. This quiet hotel was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. After touring south Germany we needed to slow down a little bit and this was perfect. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."
