"Service was amazing, excellent staff. Only complaint is many of the cabinets and doors took brut force to close/open or wouldnt close at all. Also there were ants all over the floor, the hotel is located in a bit of a wooded area so some are to be expected but they would be in rooms far from any entry point. "

"Once we finally checked in at night everything was great. I called early in the morning to see if we could check in a little early since we mad a 3 o’clock event we needed to be at. The guy I talked to said our room would be available a little after 2. When we got there, not sure if it was the same guy , he bluntly said that there were no rooms ready until 3. Didn’t even make any effort to see if anything was available. Will not stay here again just because of that guy. "

"The two only opportunities that I can write are, breakfast does not offer bacon and housekeeping does not clean the rooms every day. Everything else was excellent. The location good, haves a lot of restaurant option near, Walmart was in a walking distance and is at 10 minutes from Great Lakes, Naval Base."
