"Staff were friendly, room was clean and well presented. Free soap, shower gel etc. Only criticisms are the pillows, which seriously lack any support and the air conditioning, which really needs to be more powerful for the area its in during the summer months."

"The equivalent of a Travelodge in the UK this chain of motel style hotels is perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were kind and the selection of food for dinner was good. Breakfast was brilliant. "

"Appartement réservé avec 2 chambres, kitchenette et micro-ondes. a l'arrivée seulement 2 chambres sans kitchenette ni micro-ondes, gênant avec 2 enfants en bas âge. personnel a la réception assez froid, pas de solution sauf chauffer le biberon à la cafeteria et me louer un mini frigo (alors que c'était normalement inclus). "Notre réservation par Hotels.com n’avait pas été correctement enregistrée. Heureusement, il restait des chalets disponibles… dans la partie prévue pour les hôtes d’un jour, donc : stationnement loin du chalet. Pas de 4G (ni de wifi, of course). Piscine fermée 4 jours avant la date prévue. Par contre: accueil sympa, excellent couchage et chalet très propre."

"The pictures and description of this place online do not do it justice. We had no idea to expect that we'd drive a rough cobblestone road up the mountain to stay the night in a fairy tale castle, complete with a tower and a truly BREATHTAKING view of the countryside from our tall French windows which opened up to admit a fragrant breeze. "A lovely place we have returned to, great food and comfortable. Check in time however was wrong, for once we got to our hotel early and the owner had a note on the door asking guests to return at 5.30 so 2 hours to wait in a very small village rather than rest and refresh. Room lovely but a solid rather than see through door to the toilet would stop the light flooding the room if your partner goes to the loo."
