"Nice modern vibe, helpful frontline staff, and good branding (messaging) across diverse aspects of the service delivery—ranging from bicycles, to bathrobes, to the blinds in the bedroom. Wished they’d had onsite laundry facilities and room service for a slightly higher end experience (we were made to wonder if our room would be serviced at all, which really shouldn’t happen). A solid and mostly happy and fun stay. "

"I got a great rate. The hotel is fine, comfortable beds. Not accessible for everyone. There are several steps to get to the elevator... with your bags. Easy to walk over to Pike and then down to market to avoid the insane hills. Great shopping and dining roughly 4 to 6 blocks away. "

"We had a pleasant stay at the pineapple, the staff were wonderful, but I have a few complaints they should know about. The curtains on all the windows don't block the light at all. The one by the bed let in the lights from nearby buildings and then as soon as there was light outside it was light in our room. It was ok for the winter, but I can't imagine trying to sleep during the summer months when the light stays so late. The curtains are just TERRIBLE! Then other issue was there wasn't a fan...
