"Great location close to the best things to do in Austria for the outdoors within 1 hr drive. Lots of parking on site, very warm and welcoming owners who run the hotel. Delicious restaurant on site with authentic dishes that taste fresh. Clean rooms. Not touristy, and very accommodating host. I would stay there again for sure. "

"This hotel was in a great location. Close to the lake and boat service. Also within walking distance to a grocery store. The food (dinner) was AMAZING. Highly recommend making dinner reservations there. Breakfast was a typical german breakfast which also was good. The staff was nice and the hotel was well run. "The host is very friendly and especially after a long drive it is very nice. The house is conveniently located, you can walk to the ski elevator in Kitzski or take a bus to the Brixen im Thale valley where you can ski in the SkiWelt resort. The apartment is clean and pleasant. There is storage space for skis and snowboards in the basement and a dryer for your sports boots.
