Le lendemain j'ai annuler les deux jours restant à cause du bruit et de la sécurité inexistante la nuit. On m'a indiqué qu'on allait me contacter pour discuter du remboursement mais j'attends encore après plus d'un mois!"

"This was a lovely, relaxed hotel with lots to do for the whole family. Tennis, golf, driving range, mini golf, volleyball etc and even a mini farm, horse riding and games room. Events such as walks and an outdoor cinema. Great breakfast with local produce, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My son left his sunglasses behind and they were also kind enough to send them home to us!! "

The attention to detail on the decor of the whole property gives a truly comforting & relaxed feel. The hotel is in a great location within a short 5-10 minute walk in to Chinon centre. "Amazing value for money and location. Really well equipped apartments, spacious balcony and comfy beds. Kitchen didn't have any spare space for storing shopping to make the most of the self catering aspect, but we worked around it. Our apartment overlooked the car park but in fact, it was really quiet, not overlooked by other guests and our balcony had a grear view of the fortress."

"Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. L'accueil est inadmissible : une fois la réservation effectuée, en arrivant après 18h, un numéro est affiché pour contacter le personnel, mais personne ne répond. Le logement est sale, avec des moisissures partout, des odeurs d'égouts, et on entend des bruits de souris dans les murs. Au moment du départ, même scénario : on arrive à 10h pour rendre les clés, personne à l'accueil et, malgré nos appels, toujours aucune réponse. Ce n'est qu'après une heure...
