They seemed to be on a full board basis so the dining room was crowded at mealtimes. Luckily we were able to use the smaller room off the main area which was quieter and quite pleasant. Our dinner in their dining room and the breakfast the next morning were excellent. The reception staff recommended that we explore the downtown area and the Bruckentor (old bridge gate), and especially the harrowing but rewarding trip up to the Ruine Grevenburg (castle ruins), and it was unforgettable. "First of all, no one helped me with the luggage. There is no left and I had a room in 2nd floor. The towels was toddlers size and hair dryer is terrible. It is 4 star hotel and it’s supposed to has a tv at least not a 23 inch gaming monitor. There’s no fridge or mini bar and it is 4 stars!!!! The room was quite dusty.
