I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "

"The personalized check was really helpful. The on site staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and had helpful suggestions for activities and restaurants. The room was gorgeous. Excellent hot water pressure and it was spotless. Included breakfast was very good."

"This hotel does was it says on the tin. It is definitely a 3 star and I miss the tea/coffee facilities in the room! There are no spare plug sockets to charge electrical items. We were lucky and got given a room on the 4th floor which had a balcony. This hotel is very close to the old part of Braga and so extremely convenient. Breakfast is basic and choice is limited but it is fine to start the day. Parking is very limited however there is a public car park close by and relatively cheap."

"This place was just OK. It was not conveniently located. (we were walking on the Camino Way). It’s in a business neighborhood surrounded by car dealerships and the like. The free breakfast was pretty good. It has a decent rooftop area, but the view is not that great."
