"Good friendly family run hotel in quiet location. Close to beach where there are several tavernas and bars. There is a very good bus service close by from where caught buses to popular tourist destinations. Great bar food and lovely pool area. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. "

Just a few steps across the street. It is rated as a 2 star hotel. Its older You get more than you pay for. PS we did not crash the wedding. Just enjoyed the atmosphere from a distance. "

Firstly every member of staff was attentive, kind, friendly and went above and beyond every time we needed anything, from advice, to booking trips, buses, extras in our room (kettle) literally everything was taken care of. "I believe the hotel rooms are being renovated. I was in one of the old basic rooms. Not much wardrobe or drawer space, but adequate for my single occupancy. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are fit and healthy you’ll probably manage the steep climb walking back from Gouvia, otherwise recommend hiring a car. "

"Lovely family run hotel. Nice and quiet with beautiful grounds. The staff could nlt have been more helpful. We visited as a family of 4 with young children. The area seems to attract young italian people who are there to party, but this didnt affect us as the music wasnt loud. There were other young families there too. "

"This is an amazing property! The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed at such a beautiful, historic location. It’s set away from the crowds of tourists for a truly peaceful and special experience. It is a close drive to many things to do and places to eat, but coming back at the end of the day is the best part."
