"Great hotel and very comfortable. My only negative was that my shower was broken. They have modernised various elements of the hotel such as no phone in the room and if you need to contact reception to go on a web chat style system. This didn't work for me as when I originally went on to report the shower fault there was no option for this on the drop down automated box. After ten mins of trying I gave up and had to have a shower with it faulty. I mentioned it in the morning upon check out but...

"Hotel in a great location for where we were going, lovely room very clean and comfy bed. We were woken at 5am by a door being slammed, then continually for the next few hours with doors slamming. Housekeeping were very loud in the corridor, even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. "

"Enjoyed our 1 night stopover. Comfortable room and a good breakfast. Didn't use the restuarant but the food in the bar was good value and the service was good. Used the spa for a swim and a sauna which was a nice bonus."
