"The location felt a bit iffy - in an industrial area. Yet it was easy to drive downtown for dinner. I’m not sure if there was bus service. If not, one would need a car or taxi. There were many offerings for breakfast, including eggs which we appreciated. The coffee however, came from a machine and had a weird taste."

"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant. "It's a 3-star hotel with many 4-star features. A bit out of the way if you want to tour Parma. Also, somewhere it says the hotel is attached to a shopping center. I am not sure where I read this, but it is not true. It is free-standing with no shopping center in sight. Overall, very comfortable, many modern features, and great value. Good breakfast, too."
