"The hotel was perfect for what we wanted as it was close to ferry port. We were able to drive to local places but also a short walk from the hotel and you can get a tram into Caen which also has a train station if needed. The breakfast was lovely and the room was basic but clean. "

"Great location across the street from the railway station. Friendly and helpful staff. No refrigerator in the room but that is typical French hotel style. Tramway was right there for forays into the city. "

"Original room had an adjoining room door. We could hear the family next door as if the door was open. We were upgraded to a kitchen style room with a great view of yhe Honfleur bridge. Pizza at the hotel was ok and filled the void. Free parking on site, breakfast not included but available. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, cereal, coffee, etc."

"The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy although the green cardboard cups for teas drinking had off putting brown stains around the bottom of the inside. We were leaving very early Saturday morning so went to the restaurant for and evening meal on the Friday about 7pm to be told meals were off as there was no chef on a Friday...... it resulted in a 400yds walk to the local KFC. as a substitute.!! "
